This policy explains what Neural Flow Enterprises ("Neural Flow", "we", "us") does with the personal information you give us through neuralflowenterprises.com. It covers this website and the business emails we send to clinics and practitioners.

What we collect

When you request a free trial and audit through the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, type of practice and number of clinicians. You then pick a meeting time in our scheduling tool, which records the time you choose. We also record that you ticked the box agreeing to this policy and to being contacted about your free trial and audit. If you use the savings calculator on the home page and send us your email, we collect your email address and the figures you entered, and use them only to contact you about your free trial and audit.

Like any website, our hosting and the services listed below receive basic technical details, such as your IP address, when your browser loads a page. This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Business contacts we email

We also email clinics and practitioners we have not dealt with before to tell them about our services. This section covers those people.

• Where we got your details. We use business contact details that are publicly available, such as a practice's own website, professional directories and business listings. We hold your name, work email address, practice name and role.
• Why we email you. To offer automation services to your practice and invite you to a free trial and audit. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in contacting businesses about services relevant to them.
• How to opt out. Reply "stop" to any of our emails or write to admin@neuralflowenterprises.com. We will stop emailing you, and we keep your address on a do-not-contact list only so we don't email you again. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it.
• Who sees it. We don't sell or share these details. They are held in our email and spreadsheet tools and are used only for this outreach.

How we use it

We use your details to schedule your free trial and audit, confirm the time with you by email, and contact you about it. We do not use them for anything else.

Who else handles it

• Form submissions pass through a form-handling service (Formspree), which delivers them to us.
• When you reach the booking step, your browser loads our scheduling tool (Calendly), which receives your name, email and the time you choose.
• This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Patient and medical information

Please do not put patient or medical information in the contact form. When we build systems for a clinic, how patient data is handled is set out in the agreements we sign with that clinic, not in this policy. This policy covers visitors to this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to arrange and follow up on your free trial and audit request, or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email admin@neuralflowenterprises.com and we will deal with your request. The laws that apply to you may give you further rights, and we will respect them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for clinic owners and staff. It is not aimed at children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
