These terms apply when you use neuralflowenterprises.com, which is run by Neural Flow Enterprises ("Neural Flow", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is for
The site describes the automation we build for healthcare clinics and lets you request a 15-day free trial and a free audit. It is not a clinical service, and nothing on it is medical or legal advice.
The free trial and audit
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, and the audit is free. There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. Asking for a trial or an audit does not create a contract for our services. Before the trial starts, we confirm in writing what it includes, any setup costs, and what happens when it ends. If you choose to continue after the trial, the price, scope, data agreements and other terms are set out in a separate written agreement with you, after we give you a fixed quote.
Prices, examples and estimates
Prices shown are listed prices or starting prices (marked "from"). Your final price is confirmed in a fixed quote after your audit. The calculator and examples on the site are illustrations based on figures you enter or that we make up. They are estimates, not promises, and your results may be higher or lower.
Using the site
- Give accurate details, and only submit information about yourself or information you have permission to share.
- Don't send patient or medical information through the contact form.
- Don't try to disrupt the site, break into it, or use it to send spam.
Our content
The text, design and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking first.
Links to other sites
The site links to services such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
No guarantees and limits on our liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
